Help on algebra problems

In this article let me help you on algebra problems. Since we had studied enough on algebra hence let me show you a example to help you understand better.
Jack wants to buy a pen that costs dollar 20. She has saved only dollar 12 so far. How much more currency does Jack need?

Solution:
Step 1: A pen cost is = $20.
But Jack has = $12 we find how much does Jack need.
Step 2: Let x as currency that Jack need so

12 + x = 20
Step 3: If we subtract 12 we can cancel out the plus 12 so let us have go to at subtracting 12 from both sides . This could also help us on factoring calculator
12 -12 + x = 20 -12
Step 4: remove combine terms like 12 – 12 = 0
0 + x = 8
Step 5: Therefore Jack need $ 8 to buy a pen.
